I am one of Almonia Baylor Linzmeyer's (1908-1994) granddaughters; one of six children born to Almonia's only son, John Simmons (1932-1991) and his high school sweetheart, Janice Thompson.  All six children (John Jr, Andrea, Pandora, Christopher, David & Sharon) were born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to San Diego, California in August 1969.  While most of my siblings left San Diego over the years, brother Christoper and I remained in the area.  I now live in a small beach town on the Pacific Ocean, about 1/2 hour north of San Diego.  It will be nice to reconnect with family members that I have not seen in decades and meet those I have never known.
