I have identified 1 sister of Willliam: JUDY BAYLOR (born about 1821 in Virginia) She was a widow in 1880.
I have identified 4 children of William and Lucinda:
MANSE BAYLOR (born about 1853 in Alabama) husband of KATE (born about 1860 in Alabama)
REUBIN BAYLOR (born about 1842 in Alabama) husband of ELVIRAH (born about 1848 in Alabama)
